What January Diet??

I get it, it’s January, it’s miserable, Christmas has taken its toll and you want to feel healthy again. I’m in exactly the same boat and have finally rejoined a gym!!! And I’ve actually been more than once too.

There’s nothing better than knowing you have eaten well, exercised and completed your skincare regime (I have genuinely managed this every day since Christmas after Adam bought me some swanky body shop bits) but after a while, chicken, kale and quinoa gets pretty boring. And that’s where we come in!

If you follow me on social media, you may have noticed some seriously decadent goodies coming out of the kitchen. All this exercise has given me a new lease of life and I’m soooo ready to get creative again in the kitchen. I’ll still be sticking to mainly brownies and cookies (I’m still traumatised from pregnant cake making) but be prepared for all sorts of naughtiness!

It’s over and out for now, but another of my resolutions is to keep up with the blog, and potentially get some recipes out there to you guys too!
