Why does your website have no stock?

We restock periodically throughout the week to manage our orders.  Now that we are in our commercial kitchen, the aim is to continually have stock on the website!

How long will my brownies keep for?

Your brownies will keep for 7-10 days in an airtight container, and will keep for 3 months in the freezer in an airtight container. Make sure you store then in an airtight container for them to remain at their best. All boxes come with a label with a best before date.

How many servings per box?

Each box comes with the specified number of brownies shown on the product description, while each brownie can serve 2 people if you are feeling peckish, or are an awesomely huge, gooey treat as a whole brownie for one person!

What allergens are there in the brownies?

Check out the ingredients tab on all products the full list of ingredients. All boxes also come with full ingredients and allergens labels. 

Can you cater to special dietary requirements i.e. gluten free or dairy free?

Our advice is if in doubt, do not order or eat! As we expand our range, we will offer gluten free and dairy free products as standard. We do advise against eating if you have an allergy though  as we use both gluten and dairy in the kitchen and cannot guarantee that there is no contamination.

How much is delivery?

Delivery Varies depending on your order weight. We use a next day service (DHL/UPS/Royal Mail tracked24) for all orders. Due to ongoing issues with delivery partners that all businesses are experiencing, we change our delivery partner as needed to best suit our customers.

Can I send a message with the delivery?

Of course, just add it into the comments section at checkout and we will send it out with your order.

When will my order be delivered?

As stated, we ship with a next day service as standard. Please note, that although the services we use are next day, there may be a delay of 24 hours from shipment. This is entirely out of our control.

We can also deliver to certain parts of the EU. Please send an email to enquiries@thebrownieboxbyemily.com to enquire and for prices.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed depending on order day. We ship all orders on Thursdays only.

Please include a phone number AND email address for the recipient. If you don’t, we can’t accept responsibility for late deliveries:  giving our courier a way to reach you is vital for a successful delivery.

Returns

Due to all items being perishable, we do not accept returns. If you are not entirely happy with your product, please email us on enquiries@thebrownieboxbyemily.com with your order number and problem. If the brownies are not to the high standard we expect, a replacement box will be sent out within 2 working days of your correspondence. As each box is baked to order, we cannot offer a refund if you change your mind and your order has already been baked.
