Delivery Info
We will dispatch all orders to arrive by the date specified at checkout. Please allow 1-2 working days from dispatch for delivery. Collection will be from 51a Sadler Road, CV62JY.
We use Royail Mail Tracked 24 for all parcels. You will receive an email from Royal Mail when your order is out for delivery with a 2 hour time slot.

Allergen Info
All of our brownies contain Wheat (Gluten), Eggs, Milk, Soya unless otherwise specified. All products are baked in a kitchen that handles nuts including peanuts, sulphites and sesame.
FAQs
How long will my brownies keep for?
Your brownies will keep for 7-10 days at room temperature, and will keep for 3 months in the freezer in an airtight container.
How many servings per box?
Each box comes with 6 brownies, which can serve 2 people if you are feeling peckish, or are an awesomely huge, gooey treat as a whole brownie for one person!
What allergens are there in the brownies?
All of our brownies contain milk, eggs, gluten, soya and traces of nut may be found as our kitchen is not a nut free area. Each box will come labelled with specific allergens.
Can you cater to special dietary requirements i.e. gluten free or dairy free?
The short answer is yes, we can cater as part of a bespoke order. Please fill out the contact form with your specific requirements and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that although we can bake without certain ingredients, they will be used frequently in our open kitchen so we do not advise anyone with allergies to consume our products.
Can I send a message with my order?
Of course, just add it into the comments section at checkout and we will send it out with your order.
When will my order be delivered?
All brownies are delivered by Royal Mail First Class post if shipping is selected at checkout. If collection is selected, please await an email confirming that your order is ready to be picked up from brownie box HQ. We can also deliver to certain parts of the EU. Please send an email to info@thebrownieboxbyemily.com to enquire and for prices. Please allow 4 working days for your order to be processed as we bake each batch fresh. We will inform you when your item has been posted, and give you an estimated delivery date (usually the next working day). Please include a phone number AND email address for the recipient. If you don’t, we can’t accept responsibility for late deliveries:  giving our courier a way to reach you is vital for a successful delivery. Please note we do our best to deliver as close as possible to your requested date but accept no liability for late deliveries unless your brownies have not been delivered within 4 working days of your order. If you urgently need the brownies at a particular day/time, please contact us as we will organise for an upgraded delivery at an additional cost. Â
Where do you deliver to?
Our standard shipping includes postcodes in England, Wales & Scotland.
Returns
Due to all products being perishable, we do not accept returns. If you are not entirely happy with your product, please email us on enquiries@thebrownieboxbyemily.com or call 024 7531 4149 with your order number, a photo and the problem. If the brownies are not to the high standard we expect, a replacement box will be sent out within 2 working days of your correspondence.
