We will dispatch all orders within 4 working days of your order being placed Please allow 1-2 working days from dispatch for delivery. Collection will be from our shop @ 51a Sadler Road, CV6 2JY.
We use Evri UK for all parcels. You will receive an email from Evri when your order is out for delivery with a 1 hour time slot.

Allergen Info
All of our brownies contain Wheat (Gluten), Eggs, Milk, Soya unless otherwise specified. All products are baked in a kitchen that handles nuts including peanuts, sulphites and sesame.
FAQs
Why does your website have no stock?
We restock periodically throughout the week to manage our orders. Now that we are in our commercial kitchen, the aim is to continually have stock on the website!
How long will my brownies keep for?
Your brownies will keep for 7-10 days in an airtight container, and will keep for 3 months in the freezer in an airtight container. Make sure you store then in an airtight container for them to remain at their best. All boxes come with a label with a best before date.
How many servings per box?
Each box comes with the specified number of brownies shown on the product description, while each brownie can serve 2 people if you are feeling peckish, or are an awesomely huge, gooey treat as a whole brownie for one person!
What allergens are there in the brownies?
Check out the ingredients tab on all products to see the allergens list as well as the full list of ingredients. All boxes also come with full ingredients and allergens labels.
Can you cater to special dietary requirements i.e. gluten free or dairy free?
We are not taking any custom orders currently due to COVID-19 as it is too difficult to manage the workload involved. Our advice is if in doubt, do not order or eat! As we expand our range, we will offer gluten free and dairy free products as standard. We do advise against eating if you have an allergy though as we use both gluten and dairy in the kitchen and cannot guarantee that there is no contamination.
How much is delivery?
National delivery is from £3.68. We will look to reintroduce local delivery at some point over the next few months.
Can I send a message with the delivery?
Of course, just add it into the comments section at checkout and we will send it out with your order.
When will my order be delivered?
All postal orders are shipped via Evri tracked next day.
We can also deliver to certain parts of the EU. Please send an email to info@thebrownieboxbyemily.com to enquire and for prices.
Please allow up to 4 working days for your order to be processed and baked although we do aim to have orders ready much sooner. You will then receive an email to notify you when your order has been shipped or is out for delivery.
Please include a phone number AND email address for the recipient. If you don’t, we can’t accept responsibility for late deliveries:  giving our courier a way to reach you is vital for a successful delivery.
Please note we do our best to deliver as close as possible to your requested date but accept no liability for late deliveries if we have shipped on time.Â
If you urgently need the brownies at a particular day/time, please contact us as we will organise for an upgraded delivery at an additional cost if possible. Â
Returns
If you are not entirely happy with your product, please email us on enquiries@thebrownieboxbyemily.com with your order number and problem. If the brownies are not to the high standard we expect, a replacement box will be sent out within 2 working days of your correspondence. As each box is baked to order, we cannot offer a refund if you change your mind and your order has already been baked.
